Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026

1. Introduction
ZTech Services Limited ("we") operates ZairWave and respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We aim to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and other applicable law.

2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, username, and (for station operators) organisation details. Billing data: what is needed to process payments (handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card details). Usage data: log-ins, station activity, and technical information such as IP address and device/browser type. Listener data: aggregate statistics such as listener counts and approximate location for analytics.

3. Why we use it
To provide and operate the Service; to process payments; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; to provide support; to send service-related messages; and to improve the platform. We rely on your consent, our contract with you, and our legitimate interests as lawful bases.

4. Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and you also play a part by keeping your credentials safe.

7. Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

8. Cookies
The Service uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and to operate securely. Analytics, where used, help us understand usage in aggregate.

9. Children
The Service is intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will note the date of the latest version. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
This is a general template provided for convenience. It is not legal advice. ZTech Services Limited should have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer (and checked against the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and any local requirements) before relying on it.
