1. Agreement
By creating an account or using ZairWave ("the Service"), operated by ZTech Services Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ZairWave is an online radio hosting and broadcasting platform. We provide tools to stream audio, schedule programming, manage stations, and reach listeners. Features and limits depend on your chosen plan.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any organisation you register.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to broadcast or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that incites violence. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast and for holding any music, performance, or other licences required by law in your territory (for example, royalty and performing-rights licences). We may suspend a station that violates these rules or applicable law.
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Fees are stated at checkout. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of the station. Prices may change on renewal with reasonable notice.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload and broadcast. You grant us the limited right to host, transmit, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service for you.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control may cause downtime.
8. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that are used unlawfully, or that create risk to the Service or other users. On termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZTech Services Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
